Organization Structures

The organization structure consists of the Board of Commissioners, Director and several departments in operating activities. To ensure systematic implementation of good corporate governance (GCG) principles, the board of commissioners and director hold firmly transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, and fairness. 

The Board of Commissioners responsible for the long-term continuity of the company's business by supervising the company's activities, providing advice to the director or company leaders, including when the company suffers as the result of their negligence.

The director commits to design business strategies for the company's progress, compiles and implements the company's vision and mission, concern to responses a whole competition business by innovation and continuous improvement. The director is also responsible for appointing leaders in certain divisions, submitting accountability reports to shareholders, and conducting overall company evaluations.

The independent auditee was created to auditee operational activities in all area departments accordance to GCG and the law principles.

To maintain the quality and professionalism in work process, our activities are divided into 4 departments such as Research Department, Training and Developing Department, General Affairs Department, and Finance Department.

The research department is responsible in designing research programs in accordance with customer needs, managing research costs, scheduling research, selecting research teams, and conducting evaluations and research recommendations.

The training and developing department has duties in designing training programs in accordance with customer needs, selecting and assigning instructors for training programs, managing training costs, scheduling classes, arranging systems and equipment. According to evaluation result, this department create some continuous improvements for training programs.

General Affairs department in charge of procurement, purchasing, maintenance of goods, and cooperating with third parties. Their work process must be in line with applicable policies.

Finance department has responsibility in designing sound budgeting and financial. It also make payments, prepared reports, and evaluated for the efficient costs and effectiveness expense.
