Mrs. Rulli Hendriani, STP.  MM., CRMP, CHRM., CHCD. is the director of Inovasi Manajemen Publik. She obtained her Magister Management in Business on October 2016–December 2018 (Gamma Cum Laude) and Bachelor in Agricultural Industry Technology on September 1991 - August 1995 from Bogor Institute of Agriculture University. While studying magister management, she focused on developing human capital in an organization through enhancement of organizational culture, and leadership as means of improving organizational performance. With 20 years of experienced in service and operation of foreign private bank,  she lead more than 800 members and more than 150 branches to manage succesfully various change management projects. She always committed to professionalism ethics and integrity in  creating strategic partnership with national as well as international organizations.
